I trained to be a Creativity Coach with Eric Maisel in 2002, about 15 minutes after he invented “creativity coach” as a profession/vocation. Since then I’ve been helping artists, writers, and complex creators navigate the often-intertwined challenges of creating a work (or a body of work) and cultivating a life that supports your creative thriving.
Much has changed in the last 20 years in the social context within which we create. Social media, “platform-building,” and other expectations of marketing and monetizing our work have fragmented our consciousness and reshaped the creating process itself in powerful and often challenging ways.
I offer tested tools and practices that can help you tune out the noise and find your way back to the space of connection, freedom, and play from which your truest work emerges.
